Massage & Body Work
The stresses of everyday life are felt not only in our mind, but in our bodies as well. Take some time to lay back, relax and let the hands of an experienced professional help release the stress and tension from your body. You will be left feeling rejuvenated and relieved of stress.
Derived from an ancient philosophy, Reflexology is based on the premise that the soles of our feet are a map of our entire body. With nerves bundles ending in the feet, it is possible to stimulate, soothe and affect vital organs while treating the feet only. An essential treatment for your often neglected feet. Simply Soothing!

Reflexology
Myofascial Therapy is gentle noninvasive bodywork releasing the fascia and muscle throughout the body. Our fascia is an extremely strong sheath that covers our body that sometimes needs to be "invited" to relax and soften. This therapy eliminates tight areas and increases flexibility and decreases swelling. The therapist does not force the body to change but guides the changes needed.
Myofascial (myo=muscle and fascia=white sheath covering the muscle) therapy can be in cooperated into different forms of bodywork. It's very appropriate for people with fibromyalgia and whiplash injuries and those needing a more gentle massage.

Ear Candling/Coning
Also called ear coning, an alternative medicine practice assisting the natural clearing of earwax from the ear by lighting one end of a hollow candle and placing the other end in the ear canal. Only high-quality beeswax and unbleached cotton ear cones, which are 9 to 12 inches long, are used. During a session a series of 1 or 2 ear candles may be burned for each ear. The experience has been described as pleasant and relaxing. Through a process called “convection” softer waxes and toxins will be drawn out of the ear, oxidized, and turned into vapors during the procedure. Ear candling is used primarily for cleaning the ears and to promote a healthy atmosphere in the ears, sinus cavities and throat. Other benefits include: pressure regulation, assisting with post nasal drip, sinusitis and migraines.
