Cancellation & Credit Card Policy
We require a credit card number to reserve Spa Body Treatments. In the case that you need to cancel your schedule appointment with us we do require at least 24 hours notice. In the case of a same day cancellation or if you were a no-show for your appointment, you will be charged a fee up to 100% of your total service. This is a courtesy to the staff member, and so we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. However, we understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in any way we can.
We are confident that you will enjoy your experience at Essential Life Spa and we want you to share your experience with you friends and family. For this reason we are delighted to offer $5 credited to your account per redeemed referral.

Reservations
To reserve massage and spa treatments, the reservation must be held with a credit card. Your information will be held confidentially on file. We recommend booking weekend appointments, Spa packages and Group bookings several weeks in advance if possible. Weekdays can offer greater flexibility and opportunity for same day bookings.
