Monday & Wednesday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday & Thursday 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

RESERVATIONS To reserve massage and spa treatments, the reservation must be held with a credit card. Your information will be held confidentially on file. We recommend booking weekend appointments, Spa packages and Group bookings several weeks in advance if possible. Weekdays can offer greater flexibility and opportunity for same day bookings.
CANCELLATIONS Except in situations of an emergency, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice for massage and spa services. The fee for no shows or late cancellations that we cannot fill is 50% of the cost of the treatment/package.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS Refunds or exchanges can not be made for body and skincare products, jewelry or gift certificates. No cash refunds.
GIFT CERTIFICATES We will gladly take your order for certificates over the phone with a credit card and mail them to you or the recipient VIA standard US Mail or express delivery
YOUTH Clients under 18 must have signed parental consent for any service.
GENERAL POLICIES Please let us know if you have any special needs when booking your appointments. If you are pregnant or have any health concerns, please consult your health care provider before booking Massage and Spa services, the Sauna or the Spa Body Capsule Please, no smoking on the premises. Essential LifeSpa reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone.
